How to place an order

How do I choose the right size of clothing?

In the product details, you will find a "Size Chart" tab with approximate clothing dimensions.

Do you have everything in stock?

Yes, all items are in stock in the Czech Republic.

How soon will my order be delivered?

We will send your order within 2 business days of receiving it. In the case of a bank transfer payment, it will be send within 2 business days of the amount being credited to our account.

What if I don't receive an email confirming the order?

If you don't receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us at info@hlavnestylove.cz, and we'll assist you.

Delivery & Payment

Where do you ship?

We deliver orders to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

What delivery options do you offer?

We send goods through Packeta and PPL directly to your address. You can also choose delivery to a wide network of pickup points, where you can collect the goods at a time that suits you.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, free delivery is available to the Czech Republic and Slovakia for orders exceeding 1500 CZK / €80.

How can the order be paid for?

You can pay for the order either online with a card, cash on delivery or by a traditional bank transfer.

Is it possible to cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is possible.

What if I am having difficulty processing the payment with a card?

No worries, in the "Order Confirmation" email, you will find a payment button to retry the transaction. If you can't complete the card payment within 30 minutes of confirming the order, you'll receive an email with details for a bank transfer.

Until when do I have to pay for the order?

The payment must be credited to our account within five days of order confirmation, otherwise the order will be canceled.

Where is my shipment located?

The link to track your shipment can be found in the email we sent you on the day of dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return the goods?

Yes, if you don't like the goods or the size doesn't fit, you can return them within 14 days.

Can I exchange the goods?

We do not exchange goods as a standard procedure. The exchange process involves returning the unsatisfactory goods and creating a new order.

How does the return process work?

First, let us know to expect the return by sending an email to info@hlavnestylove.cz. Then, send the goods back via a courier service, preferably through Packeta or any other carrier, to our address. The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

How does the return process via Packeta work?

Simply come to the Packeta drop-off point and provide our unique code: 94415452. The staff at the branch will print and attach a label with our return address. The drop-off at the branch is free, but the return service is subject to a fee of 60 CZK / €3, which will be deducted from the value of the returned goods.

What is the address for returns and complaints?
