Sending an order
We process and send all orders within 2 working days of receipt, and in the case of bank transfer payment, within 2 working days of the amount being credited to our account.
Shipping to the Czech Republic
Delivery to collection points is FREE for orders over 1500 CZK
PPL - Pick-up Point (79 CZK) - The goods will be delivered to your chosen PPL branch (Parcelshop / Parcelbox / AlzaBox). After the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point, you will receive an SMS and an email with a PIN code. When picking up a parcel from a Parcelbox and Alzabox, you only enter the PIN code, no application or Bluetooth is needed.
PPL courier - Home Delivery (109 CZK) - On the day of delivery, you will be specified by SMS or email the time when you should expect the courier. In the PPL web application, you can redirect the shipment to the PPL pick-up point or adjust the delivery date.
Zásilkovna - Pick-up Point (89 CZK) - The goods will be delivered to your chosen Zásilkovna pick-up point (branch / Z-BOX / AlzaBox). Upon delivery of the package to the pick-up point, you will receive an SMS and email with a password. Delivery time is 1-2 working days.
Zásilkovna - Home Delivery (119 CZK) - Zásilkovna courier will deliver the goods to the address you provided. On the day of delivery, you will receive a 6-digit password for parcel release, which you will report to the driver. If the courier misses you, they will store the parcel at the nearest Zásilkovna collection point, where you can pick it up on the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 working days.
Payment
Card Payment (FREE) - You will pay for the goods immediately through the secure Comgate payment gateway. The goods will be dispatched promptly.
Google Pay (FREE) - Immediate payment with a card stored in Google Wallet. Payment is processed through the secure Comgate payment gateway. The goods will be dispatched promptly.
Apple Pay (FREE) - Immediate payment with a card stored in Apple Wallet. Payment is processed through the secure Comgate payment gateway. The goods will be dispatched promptly.
Bank Transfer (FREE) - Immediately after confirming your order, you will receive an email with payment details. You can conveniently make the payment using the QR code provided in the email. Once the funds are credited to our account, we will promptly dispatch the shipment to your address. Payment must be credited to our account within five days of order confirmation; otherwise, the order will be canceled.
Cash on delivery - You will pay for the goods upon receipt of the shipment. The buyer is obliged to accept the shipment. According to the Civil Code, non-collection of the shipment is clearly a violation of the purchase contract by the customer (§ 2118) and a violation of the terms and conditions of the Hlavnestylove.cz e-shop. Our e-shop charges a one-time amount of CZK 150 for uncollected parcels on delivery, which includes all the costs incurred by us in connection with the uncollected parcel (labour, packaging material, transport to the carrier, two-way postage, return processing, etc.)
Shipping to Slovakia
Delivery to collection points is FREE for orders over 1500 CZK €70
Packeta - Pick-up Point (€4.30) - The parcel will be delivered to your chosen Packeta pick-up point (branch / Z-BOX). You will be informed in advance about the delivery process via email and SMS, including a password for picking up your parcel.
Packeta - Home Delivery (€5.90) - You will be informed about the delivery date via SMS and/or email. On the specific day, you will receive an SMS notification about the delivery time along with a link to live tracking. Once the courier is at the destination address, they will contact you by phone. You have up to 3 delivery attempts or the option to store the parcel at a collection point.
